City Dweller

A subset of Torso equipment. They are often used by normal NPCs for modesty, and sometimes by Diplomats for a reaction modifier bonuses. Unless otherwise noted, Male attire comes in small, medium and large sizes, while Female attire comes in medium size only. All city dweller clothes unless otherwise noted have Neutral aptitude. Also, City Tailors can be found in Tarant and Ashbury, while the only Rural Tailor is in Black Root.
