Constable Owens wants you to fix the town's steam engine after you had destroyed it.

Walkthrough

• Find the special gear in Toone's mine, located in a barrel/chest at the end of the mine.
• Give the gear to Constable Owens.

• 100-800 gold (depending on haggle skill)

• NOTE: After you fix the town's engine Jongle Dunne won't want to talk to you and you might not be able to finish the package delivery for Jongle.
