    • How to get: Kill Gilbert Bates, then purchase his mansion from a character outside the Zoological Society of Tarant. Betraying Bates by giving his journal to Cedric Appleby will not have the same effect, and actually prevents the player from obtaining this reputation as Bates can no longer be found and killed.
